God – Our Creator

GOD ALONE CREATES

GENESIS 1-2; I Timothy 4:4-5

Man, by God’s mercy and grace:

                      DISCOVERS

                        INVENTS

                      PRODUCES

but ONLY God CREATES!

Psalm 19:1-6; Genesis 5:1-2; Psalm 89:12; 102:18; 148:5; Isaiah 40:26; 42:5,6-9; 45:12,18; Matthew 19:4; Romans 11:33-36;  Colossians 1:16; I Timothy 4:4-5; Revelation 4:11

Psalm 19:1-6:  1 The heavens are telling of the glory of God; and their expanse is declaring the work of His hands.  2 Day to day pours forth speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.  3 There is no speech, nor are there words; their voice is not heard.  4 Their line has gone out through all the earth, and their utterances to the end of the world.  In them He has placed a tent for the sun, 5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber; it rejoices as a strong man to run his course.  6 Its rising is from one end of the heavens, and its circuit to the other end of them; and there is nothing hidden from its heat.

Genesis 5:1-2:  1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God.  2 He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created.

Psalm 89:12:  12 The north and the south, You have created them; Tabor and Hermon shout for joy at Your name.

Psalm 102:18:  18 This will be written for the generation to come, that a people yet to be created may praise the Lord

Psalm 148:5:  5 Let them praise the name of the Lord for He commanded and they were created.

Isaiah 40:26:  26 Lift up your eyes on high and see who has created these stars, the One who leads forth their host by number, He calls them all by name; because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power, not one of them is missing.

Isaiah 45:12,18:  12 “It is I who made the earth, and created man upon it.  I stretched out the heavens with My hands and I ordained all their host…….18 For thus says the Lord, who created the heavens (He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it a waste place, but formed it to be inhabited),“I am the Lord, and there is none else.

Isaiah 42:5-9:  5 Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it, 6 “I am the Lord, I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You, and I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the nations, 7 to open blind eyes, to bring out prisoners from the dungeon and those who dwell in darkness from the prison.  8 “I am the Lord, that is My name; I will not give My glory to another, nor My praise to graven images.  9 “Behold, the former things have come to pass, now I declare new things; before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.”

Matthew 19:4:  4 And He answered and said, “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?  6 “So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.”

Romans 11:33-36:  33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways. 34 For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who became His counselor?  35 Or who has first given to Him that it might be paid back to him again?  36 For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.

Colossians 1:16:  16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him

I Timothy 4:4-5:  4 For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with gratitude; 5 for it is sanctified by means of the word of God and prayer.

Revelation 4:11: 11 “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.”
